Platelet Rich Plasma or PRP and Platelet Rich Fibrin or PRF is used for improving healing time, decreasing pain and infection in patients who have dental implants, extractions, wisdom teeth removal and bone grafts. Often times PRF can prevent infection from persisting in tooth extraction sites. PRF dramatically increases the success of dental implants when used in combination of dental implant placement, ozone and bone grafts.
